Daniel 12:4

4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Increasing knowledge of why people will take the mark of the beast:

-People will take the mark of beast because they are doing the lusts of their father the devil. They will go against their own family, thinking that they are right because they are "following the rules," and being a good citizen. They will take the mark of the beast because it is the only way to survive according to their own understanding. People will take the mark of the beast because there is no truth in them to begin with which is why they will be left behind during the rapture and be deceiving and being deceived.
